This flyer has color illustrations of most of the sampler packs, pots and planters that have historically been great sellers. Each player was given a hard copy for your use, but if you need another one, you can print from here.

2010 Season Registration Packet
This is the registration all players need to fill out before you can get your white card from South Eugene and start to practice. If you have played a sport in Fall or Winter all you need to do is to complete the first sheet.
Besides this packet all players also need to fill out and return the US Lacrosse insurance form before you can be cleared to play.
